Rules for using the website and our internal dashboard

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of harasowka.pl and the internal marketing dashboard Sociale Harasówka operated by Zajazd Harasówka, located in Gniewkowo (88-140), ul. Kątna 14, Poland.

2. Definitions

  • Website — the public marketing website at https://harasowka.pl.
  • Dashboard — the internal marketing tool Sociale Harasówka used exclusively by authorized employees of Zajazd Harasówka to manage our own social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Website User — a visitor to the harasowka.pl website (guest, customer).
  • Dashboard Operator — an authenticated employee of Zajazd Harasówka with access to the internal marketing dashboard.

3. Use of the Website

Harasowka.pl is a publicly accessible informational website presenting the dining, accommodation, and event offering of Zajazd Harasówka. Use of the website is free and does not require creating an account.

The contact form and booking inquiries require personal data — its processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

Using the website in ways that violate the law, good practices, or third-party rights is prohibited, as is automated scraping of content without the administrator's permission.

4. Sociale Harasówka dashboard

The dashboard is an internal employee tool of Zajazd Harasówka. It is not a publicly offered product. Access is restricted to authorized employees via accounts with unique login credentials.

The dashboard integrates with the APIs of the following platforms in order to manage our own business accounts:

  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — Graph API v21.
  • TikTok — Content Posting API v2 and Display API.

The Dashboard Operator agrees to use these integrations solely for lawful marketing purposes and in compliance with the regulations of the third-party platforms (Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Developer Terms of Service, TikTok Community Guidelines).

5. Content published on social media

All content (text, images, video) published by the Dashboard to our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts:

  • is owned by Zajazd Harasówka or used with the authors' permission,
  • complies with Polish law and the community guidelines of the platforms (Meta Community Standards, TikTok Community Guidelines),
  • does not contain illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or misleading material,
  • does not violate copyright, image rights, or trademarks of third parties.

If any published content concerns you and you wish to report a violation, email biuro@harasowka.pl — we will respond within 7 business days.

6. Liability

Zajazd Harasówka makes reasonable efforts to keep website information up to date. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the website inconsistent with its purpose, or for availability disruptions caused by force majeure, maintenance, or third-party actions.

Bookings made via the contact form become binding only after email or telephone confirmation by a Zajazd Harasówka employee.

7. Intellectual property

All website content (text, logo, photographs, graphic layout) is the property of Zajazd Harasówka or used under appropriate licenses. Copying, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

8. Complaints

Send complaints regarding website operation or Zajazd Harasówka services to biuro@harasowka.pl. We will respond within 14 calendar days.

9. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Significant changes will be communicated by publishing the updated version on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.

10. Final provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law (Civil Code, Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, GDPR). All disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction over Zajazd Harasówka's registered office.
